Reviews

It is a great book for all, but particularly for children say, 8 years and upwards. I bought it for my grand son, he is almost 12 years old.I am pretty ancient now but it brought back memories of books I was given as a boy. Books that fire the imagination, that create a yearning to see the world, for adventure, to learn more of the diversity of the world, that show that whatever our immediate environs may be, there are other magical places to be explored and then, when you have done a little of that, you realise just how small the world is and how alike we all are. A good lesson for us all.Michael E. Kavanagh
